The Huon Doctors Surgery is situated at Huonville, in the centre of the township and has been established for more than 30 years. Our practice has seen quite a lot of changes over the last two years. The practice received a grant from the Department of Health and the Aging. With this grant we have been able to refurbish our practice to make it an up to date Teaching Practice. The Huon Doctors Surgery is a famiy orientated practice, and is fully accredited with the Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited. The Huon Doctors Surgery is accredited as a teaching practice by GP Education Australia. All our doctors have satisfied the training requirements of the Royal College of General Practitioners. As such the doctors have a commitment to general practice and to continuing education. We aim to offer personalised comprehensive health care to all individual and their families.
